Moving Equity Forward Across America’s Finest City

Who We Are

A New Voice Rising

COMTO San Diego is the newest chapter in the national COMTO network, proudly becoming Chapter 41 in a movement that has shaped transportation for more than five decades.

As San Diego's transportation landscape accelerates — light rail expansion, zero-emission fleets, regional mobility planning — we are stepping in with purpose, equity, and a commitment to making sure every community has a seat at the table.

About Us

San Diego is on the move—new rail extensions, world-class transit innovation, zero-emission fleet transitions, and a growing network of mobility professionals. COMTO San Diego is here to ensure that as our region evolves, equity evolves with it.

We unite professionals, students, small businesses, and transportation agencies to build a more inclusive mobility future—one where every lived experience helps move the region forward.
